After I’ve done the walkthrough, I will provide you with a detailed report including pictures of any concerning features. This will help you fully understand the material condition of the property so you make informed decisions on your offer and purchase.

Pre-Sale Inspection:

Know the condition of your home and what that makes it worth, before you list it. This service gives you the opportunity to fix or disclose any problems, and that means less interruptions to the selling process. Same full inspection as listed above.
